Microsoft 365 Deadline: October 16, 2026

As our transition deadline approaches, all faculty, staff, and students should be actively using Microsoft 365.

Google Workspace services will be retired as part of our migration effort on October 16, 2026.

If you have not yet begun using Microsoft 365 as your primary platform, now is the time.

What You Should Do Today

• Sign into Outlook
• Begin using Microsoft Teams
• Verify access to OneDrive
• Confirm access to your files and shared resources
• Migrate any remaining Google Drive content
• Report any issues to the Help Desk immediately

The sooner issues are identified, the sooner they can be resolved before the final transition date.
