Follow the steps below to reset your La Sierra University account password. If you are having issues with accessing your account (e.g. you receive the "Login failed" error message) we would recommend following these steps first.

Go to https://portal.lasierra.edu and click on "Reset Password".

You will then be brought to the page below and be asked to enter your username. If you don't know your username or you get an error message, call us at (951) 785-2900.

You should receive the message below in your personal email and you need to click the "Reset Password" button.

When you click on "Reset Password", it will open a page similar to the one below. Just follow the instructions and once you have entered a valid password, you should be able to login to your La Sierra account.
